@billyboy7465 Its is up to the listener to find the truth in the speaker. An intelligent speaker speaks beliefs and facts. He mentions his beliefs becouse he doesn't know its a fact. An intelligent speaker wants the listeners opinions so that he may analyze his own beliefs.

Women are readier for spiritual information as they're closer to their spiritual/energetic selves than men are - generally speaking of course, there are many individual exceptions. Women are generally in closer contact with their "inner child" as they give birth to children and are less dense physically, and therefore have easier access to higher vibrational energy frequencies.

Nevertheless - all people, regardless of sex, have the same unlimited potential to raise their vibration.
