Okay TV voice, but you definitely need to work on your manneurisms. As other people have pointed out, your hand gestures are a little much and your body tends to jerk a bit and makes you look robotic. Red is a nice colour, but spaghetti straps are definitely a no-no for any reporter. Also, shouldn't be holding a clip board. If you need notes on hand you should have them written on cue cards or cut to a screen with the quotes as you say them.
