if you guys read the info box, these are called 'spy shots', the crappy camera work is likely that he was trying to avoid being caught recording these scenes
Did they really? Even if they did, this car is about alternative fuel, not ground-up design so it isn't really a big deal. Just shortcut and a compliment to the "attack" that they selected its chassis to use.
Well, I'm afraid that such a "compliment" is little illegal and is also called "industrial espionage". Reminds me of the exotic car replicas that use exactly the same tricks. Copying of others' design doesn't speak good for their chassis designer.
I don't know much about this. I am assuming that you mean that they didn't ask. That is a little out of line but did they found some loophole to weasel their way through it? As I said before though, I am more concerned with their work on alternative fuel than if they are taking the time to design everything.
Ever thought that if they nicked the chassis for production, they may possibly have purchased the rights to its designs and patents? I think they thought it through more than your comment.
No this is not a spy video... it's just a teaser video.

Most cameras do have a zoom ability, I guess this guys does not, and he likes to look at the ground and sky rather than the car :)

It's not too honest to copy 95% of the chassis of the Slovakian "K-1 Attack" kit car...
