• Very powerful form! I love how the entire room shakes anytime Master Ren stomps the ground.

  • hahaha i wonder if he put the extra white powder on the ground so that it would fluff up when he stomps the ground

  • Nutter. ♥

  • When people can stop seeing Tai Ji with their eyes and start feeling it in their energy body, they will realize how little of a "correct form" there is. You will see then, that even standing in Wu Ji will have profound energetic effects on the body through the meridian system. When this day comes to you, you will realize that every form of Tai Ji is expressed individually through the practitioners subtle body. There is no right or wrong form after you learn the basics of postural alignment.

  • i like the energy that he puts into it. i've just finished reviewing Cannon Fist and I've gotta say that this whole "compact cannon" thing looks nice, but the original Pao Chui form is not that long anyway and it is PACKED with awesomeness. it's too bad that it's just broken down into a few basic moves...kung fu, NOT karate.

  • Thumbs up if you thumbed up the already rightfully thumbed up comments made by Johnny Roman and ogonh.

  • that was amazing!

  • bloody scary form. the balance and weight shifting is amazing.

  • 老趙,你都要死了,還學什麼六點半?

  • crisp, clean, powerful,

  • This was magical and powerful to watch :) But is this something you can use as selfdefense? Or is it just for the dicepline, self control and qi (or somehing like that :)

  • @sirius3605 i believe the self-defense form is very different :) this one is "practice form".. In chinese internal arts, there are always lian fa- (practice form) and da fa (fighting form).. The fighting form, at first is very very complicated, but it gets simpler when the skills of "practitioner" gets better... Think about this :) when your punches are weak, you need complicated fighting forms to seriously damage one, but when ya strong you dont :)

  • @sirius3605 also fyi :) the more complicated the form is, the weaker it is in terms of strength, but the simpler it is in terms of body co-ordination :) And vice -versa... For example, it's quite simple to learn an arm lock and you can break somebody's arm with yours. But it's difficult to generate a punch strong enough to break someone's arm :) You need very good body coordination (legs, hips, shoulder, etc... )

  • @sirius3605 I think of forms like the alphabet. If that is all you know, you don't have real language skill, but you can't read and write until you have mastered it (the limitation of this analogy is that taiji forms practice is greatly beneficial, even to a practitioner who never learns self-defense applications.) On the other hand, check out his fa jing and you tell me.

  • gay.

  • Whats the deal with the Chinese always using dirt in their videos and movies. Every time you see a kick, you see a pound of dirt fly off. Just Kidding. This discredits anybody who wants to call Tai Chi weak!

  • wow! it is as they say!

Chen canon fist is really looks hard.

You hardly see canon fist being performed!

  • WOW serious critics here master is fantastic sounds like alot of non practitioners sounding off. I have seen the best in action trained with 3 of the four tigers, and Ren Guang-Yi is true power and that is Chen.

  • It's really interesting to read some comments about how stiff he is. Indeed, by tai chi regular methods, he has tension; but I think he could actually use this movements in a real fight with strength, speed and effectiveness. He has a great control of his muscles, good focus. He knows the moment to relax and let go the force generated. He has good equilibrium. It's sad thet anyone can see how deep his control goes, perhaps it's too subtile.

  • Ren completed in China for the beginner group (Division B) in 1998 and won the gold metal for the beginner group. He was trained by Chen Zhiqiang and Chen Bing them for push hands... Now tell me how good can he be? His "teacher", CXW said he is very vey stiff... Don't think CXW ever had time for him in China as Ren was really not a good material and got kicked out of the Wushu team then.... CXW was only used him name in the 90s to estiblished his workshops in US

  • I liked it, though it was devoid of any perceivable hip mouvement. A little stiff for my taste.

  • Straight Beast Mode! Ren Guang Yi Killed it!

  • I'm no taiji expert but I liked this video; it gives me quite a good impression about taiji (and is not as long as the usual taiji video ;-)... It's even quite energetic but I understand chen style is much more energetic than other styles). I'm rather baffled at the stomping and find it a bit hard to believe; is there other videos illustrating that on YouTube?

  • It never fails. When they stomp it's powerful. I really need to see this in real life. Must be mind blowing.

  • Any Martial Art is just that: an ART. And ALL of us are born critics. Ironically, there is no good or bad ART, just good and bad critics. Why don't we take some time to learn about a Martial Art, or any other ART before we choose to judge it? At least that'll make us look more like a competent critic, instead of an ignorant one. Or, maybe, we should just sit back and enjoy...

  • @ogonh I disagree, though I do like the is video. There is such a thing as bad, lazy form, saying there is no bad art is one thing, bad martial art is another matter. That gives a free pass to every half assed person who wants to claim to be a practioner of any style. Your comment does have merit in terms of people needing to learn before judging but I'm sorry, bad form etc can exist. I dont think it does here(though I will happly admit my Chen knowledge is limited).

  • @ogonh just putting in my two cents so please dont take it as more or less. Have a great day, live well and train well. *bows*

  • is this what the old people do in the parks in the morning? and if it is whats it for?

  • @410Alfa Tai chi Push Hands (Chen Village)

free style chinese tai chi chuan Push hands Tourney

  • Most ineffective martial art ever conceived?

  • @TheKingdomofErnor

Any martial art is ineffective if you perform it statically or just stick to the form. The point of all this is to build negative muscle strength, to strengthen the spirit and the body so that in a fight you are stronger, faster and more capable of enduring than your opponent. Perhaps you shouldn't reveal your own ignorance by speaking on topics you don't understand.

  • @zappbrannigan420 Except what you said is entirely incorrect. You can stick to the form of karate and effectively fight that way. It's called a "martial" art for a reason. It's martial. "Cannon fist" is not.

Perhaps you shouldn't reveal your own stupidity by making completely illogical statements.

  • @TheKingdomofErnor

Again sir, you are incorrect. When I say form, I mean specifically forms: ie katas. Sure try sticking to a direct "form" in combat, I'll visit you in the hospital. As I said, every word yours drips with ignorance.

  • @zappbrannigan420 What relevance does this have to the argument? You seem to be confused. I stated that this is the most ineffective martial art ever conceived (slight exaggeration). Who cares if specific katas would work in a real fight? That's irrelevant. The form, as I said, in karate would work. This would not.

  • @zappbrannigan420 Also, nothing I've said "drips with ignorance", because nothing I've said is wrong. If you meant katas, you should have said it. "Form" is very vague, and I took it to mean something else. My original statement holds true: Martial arts are martial, this is not martial, therefore it is an ineffective martial art. Learn to reason.

  • even a 15 year old can have an opinion...

  • That Means You, Kingdom of Error

  • @russianfromalaska Because I'm 15? Lol. You have no idea how old I am. You also seem to have no idea how to use youtube's commenting system. Good effort though.

  • russianfromalaska@TheKingdomofErnor But i do, 15 is all i'd give you. if you were older, like myself, you would've been wise enough not to make such categorical comments, nor would you have known how to use this commenting system. lol

  • @russianfromalaska so knowing how to use something this simple requires that one be BELOW a certain age? wow, you couldn't have made a more illogical statement... it's also worth noting that, instead of making logical counter points, you're saying i have to be a certain age, because you have ageist notions that are also illogical and invalid... I'm not 15, kid, and age doesn't matter... your lack of understand of this simple system is not excused by anything; it's caused by your stupidity

  • @TheKingdomofErnor Wow, wow, if the subject of age is so sensitive to you, I'll drop it. We woudn't want you to stroke out because of it, would we? Why, because it just might limit your ability to wright those immature comments. Anyway, hopefully you aren't too short either.

  • @russianfromalaska You don't see the irony of calling my comments immature, when you say things like that? The stress in my words are there to show you just how ridiculous the things you're saying are. I never once became upset. After all, this is just a conversation. Every single thing I've said has been backed by sound logic, whereas your arguments are paper thin or ad hominem attacks. Again, it's so obvious that you aren't thinking logically that I'd hope even YOU would be able to notice.

  • @TheKingdomofErnor Now you are getting defensive. Is it because you are realizing, that someone is giving you a bit of your own medicine? The over-the-counter version, of ever present and available to all OPINIONall. It's OK, though. Everyone, even Socrates himself, can make mistakes sometimes. Better go back to school, and learn about what logic is and isn't.

  • @russianfromalaska What did I say that was defensive? You're trying to convince me that I'm doing things that I'm not. Protip: that isn't going to work.

  • @TheKingdomofErnor I will explain: conversation, or an argument is like a fight. Some of the words are punches/kicks, others are merely feints. Sometimes opponents attack, sometimes they retreat. Let's examine today's exchange: I challenged your, seemingly, most powerfull weapon: logic, and what was your rebuttal? You slipped into "Why am I wrong? I am not wrong..." defense. But we don't want to regress into childish bickering. Once again, you use OPINIONS, not logic.

  • @russianfromalaska You haven't tried to confront my original statement, because you have no valid rebuttal. My original statement is this: Martial Arts are martial, and "Compact Cannon Fist II" is not martial. Therefore, it is an ineffective Martial Art. You can't possibly hope to counter that argument. So, when you emotionally got into a name calling game, you never thought about how you'd actually prove me wrong. So here we are, you spewing trite nonsense, me sticking to my original statement.

  • @russianfromalaska Go ahead and try and be condescending again, act like irrelevant matters of age or anything else will save you from your lack of a logical argument. Say I'm being opinionated and not logical. It doesn't mean a thing, because the truth is that I made a completely logically sound argument, and you can't think of a single relevant valid response, so you're giving immature responses instead.

    Quit wasting your time.

  • @TheKingdomofErnor I am impressed with your lack of insight. It is obvious you aren't practicing any martial art, have no clue what martial art entails, and your "original" statement?... martial arts are martial? aren't you missing something out of the equation? Is 2=1? really? martial arts ARE martial arts. ogonh made a valid comment. you looked at a vid and now you are an expert?regarding efficiency: unless you spar with a tai chi practitioner, your comments are just a smoke coming out of ...

  • @TheKingdomofErnor Taijiquan is actually very effective in combat situations. The forms that you practice, such as what is presented here, do come into use at different moments of a fight. We do the same in Northern Praying Mantis--we have forms that we drill in a sequence. In hand-to-hand combat, you'll see the forms come into play rather quickly. In fact when we train, we move at the speed and with the mind of a Taijiquan practitioner. I wish you well. I'm sorry you were trashed here.

  • @TheKingdomofErnor @TheKingdomofErnor @TheKingdomofErnor hopefully last comment was up to your standards (just remember to breath, in, out, in and out...)

  • russianfromalaska@TheKingdomofErnor That Means You, Kingdom of Error

  • @TheKingdomofErnor with statements like that, it's apparent that you've not yet captured the essence of taiji or martial arts in general. I know many taiji practitioners that would love to prove your ignorance.

  • Very nice in general.

    Jar-yu.

However, if practice more in silk winding is recommended. Need to relax much more.

    Kwa need more relaxed.

Actually it is same comment to Chen Zheng lei too.

    Good job

  • Wow! Thanks for sharing the family art, Master Ren!

    :o)

  • if this is cannon fist, then grand master chen zheng lei is missile fist!!!

  • exquizite

  • This is Chen Family Tai Chi. It the Original Art of Tai Chi.

  • created for the fountain? didn't notice it in the movie years back...it was an odd movie even for my taste!

  • @GDragon9666 indeed, an odd movie. part of this form (20-30 sec) was displayed after first 10 or so minutes.

  • Check it G, the bro was on. Hey lay it to da bone like butta to da bread! Right on!

  • nice stomp i could almost feel the shock wave ;)

  • Great!

  • Very Strong Chi Flow!! Outstanding!!

  • Now you know where the Cannon comes from :) Simply amazing

  • internal styles have never been my cup of tea. but seeing this video i really want to take up tai chi! simply awesome and breathtaking. 5 stars.

  • awsome!

  • ST8 UP WHAT A BOSS!

  • Feeling very drawn to Tai Chi that was awesome

  • Sifu shows lots of control and power. I'd hate to be on who pissed him off.

  • damn, that's a lot of Qi

  • bla bla bla bla i dont know that guy but i will have to get to know him, he is just great. i believe, he is the only Taichi Pro that goes with the spirit of the age!!!! Great performance!!!

  • Je vous regarde depuis plusieurs mois et j'ai adopté votre style que je trouve très intéressant .

j'ai encore beaucoup de progrès à faire.

Si vous passez un jour en France , prévenez-moi , merci et bonne continuation.

  • It's is quite disappointing to read such a copious amount of negative and judgmental comments...those of you "brave" enough to criticize...where are YOUR videos??? How perfect are YOUR forms? So easy is it, to anonymously attack and discredit others in this forum without any retribution or reprisal.

  • Very nicely said...

  • Its not really worth arguing over the internet.

  • Haha wow

  • He may be a good performer but not a humble martial artist.

I saw him in person and he was agitated and he got upset quickly. There should be some TAO in Tai Chi Quan. Think about the meaning 'Tai Chi'.

  • I now realise this because I have seen other material of him in different places and I have seen other Tai Chi Practitioners.

  • the kata is not hard to do and very possible\\\most kata seem unatural at first as you are teaching your body to move in a new way

  • Something seems wrong with this video.I do not doubt that he is an accomplished martial artist but I get the feeling that he was being suspended by a harness. His movements are not natural

  • No harness. And kungfu/taiji stances do not feel natural at first. It's a different way of holding your spine.

  • this video got my pusssssyyyy wweeeettttt!!!

    very cool VR

  • <3 i love u L

  • he has awesome taijiquan skills. I would not want to fight this man

  • I met this young country hic in Australia and he was very impolite, plus his movements had no peng in them. He is a bastard and refuses to make a video series. Quite the amateur.

  • it 's stupid to kick up the dust

  • He's not kicking up the dust just to kick up dust. That's just the force of his movements, which is a display of the power he's exerting when he uses the form. It has nothing to do with looks, therefore shouldn't be judged as it's just... there.

  • but it's also stupid to perform in these conditions. If you breathe dust when you are playing taiji ,it will be very harmful to your body ,seen?

  • Man's got a point but this was made for looks

  • good dust kick up.

  • i don't know if its because i'm smoking funny green plants, or if its the quality of the video, but i can see the energy around the man

  • omg...great power...I wish I could see how hard he hits (without the dying aspect of taking the hit...lol)

  • This demonstration of Chen Taiji is SWEET! You Haters out there don't understand what you guys are looking at. MaYBE LATER WHEN YOU GROW UP AND REALLY LEARN SOMTHING.

  • the practical application of kung fu though is suspect....which is why Bruce Lee combined everything that he knew worked and developed Jeet Kune Do partially from it.

  • only suspect to those uneducated properly in it

  • sorry typo, only those not properly educated find it suspect, he knew one form, wing chun, and he did it very well, but never had time in hong kong to learn the whole system. He filled in the gaps as he needed. Even as the creator of JKD btw he still had great respect for the older arts. unlike some here and no i dont mean you friend.

  • yea...this is a funny arguement. real kung fu systems are complete with ground fighting, aerial boxing, wrestling, internal, external, and standard boxing techniques. Bruce Lee never master wing chun. He became a master by filling in the missing parts with other arts. MMA is just kung fu separated into pieces and not called kung fu anymore. Less tradition, more steroids.

  • not saying all do just gets very annoying that some would.

  • I've studied other martial arts and many forms of kung fu, i stuck with kung fu because it works best for me. These systems are less obvious than styles like Karate or Jiujitsu, but they work. I've fet their power first hand. Do not disrespect styles you know nothing of, I say this to all those who claim any system. It shames you, your teachers and your lineages.

  • getting truly tired of these 'fighters' *I will not call them martial artists, that implies respect given to all unless they are proven faulty* that slam on external and internal kung fu simply due to a lack of understanding that could easily and respectfully be resolved by finding the right master and seeking a demonstration or respectful challenge.

  • Well this short video clip speaks for itself obviously and the locks and throws, as well as the knee and elbow strikes, are apparent to anyone having any familiarity with combat.

  • Hello. I honestly do not think that any of this works at all. I'd like to perhaps arrange a sparring session (friendly, if possible) to test this out.

    Can this be done?

  • This great teacher is my teacher. I can assure you it all works as I've sparred with him. Chen taiji is a genuine and very effective style of kung fu. All forms in any martial art are very stylized. Every move has many applications which might not be evident to the uninitiated.

  • what is your boxing/wrestling experience? You are wrong about all martial arts being stylized, they aren't. Usually the overly stylized stuff doesn't work.

  • Sure, you could book a private lesson with him and challenge him. He teaches in New York City and Philadelphia. I assume from your screen name that you study or have studied Jiujitsul, a fine proven martial art. Chen Taiji was invented by a general in the Chinese army in the 17th century. For hundreds of years the Chen family's main occupation was bodyguards. Master Ren is one of the best teachers/fighters in this current generation. These are tried and true techniques.

  • if he is a great fighter, why are there no videos of him fighting?

  • because that is that the idea behind any martial arts. Its about self-discipline. Now, when the time comes, he'd stomp ass. But, why would you promote the negative side of things when you should be promoting the positive? If you want to see the fighting, just look up the applications, most of these guys are fucking quick despite what you may think

  • no. martial arts are about fighting. Look up the definition for 'martial'. Discipline can be gained doing many things that have nothing to do with fighting. Martial arts are about fighting, there is nothing negative about this. How do you know how well this guy will do, or if he stomps ass? I train alive, I know how I'd do, as I do it on a daily basis. I think this stuff stinks of fraud.

  • Saying "look up the definition of martial" is a bit misleading. "gongfu" or "Kung fu" actual translates to a concept meaning hard work applied over a long period of time. So this applies to any skill which requires years of diligent training and refinement to accomplish.

On the other hand, if you are only interested in martial effectiveness, why not put your time into mastering the AR15? Beats BJJ nearly every time and you don't have to do so many push ups.

  • as far as I know he did most of his competitions in the 80s dont think there are many videos of those competitions around. Honestly my friend I have the same view of your own style as I've studied a bit of it before deciding on the Chinese Martial Arts. If you wish to challenge him, find some contact info and send him a respectful letter and make the challenge. You will be pleasantly surprised I think with what you find if it does happen.

  • What you are watching, jitsuman is a Form. Do not be confused. You might find yourself sparring with someone who has internal power.

  • Gas?

  • Hey,jitsuman, you are the very first person I ever hear about "Gas" is "internal power". TaiJiQuan curl my diabetes. that one I'm sure.

you can find 凌空勁(this is the one of few internal power)on youtube. you can see the difference yourself. By the way, I also wish "Gas" can be one of the internal power.

If people eat enough product(the one that cause gas) Well, that will save years(tweenty? thirty?....)practice to build up internal power.

the Master showing here is "Chen style TaiJi"

  • looks to me that is a steel building with a concrete floor, concrete floors dont move for nothing!big power!

  • Hey brushknee! You know Ren is affiliated with Chen Xiaowang right? You know Chen Xiaowang accidentally stopped a wrestler's heart by slapping him in the chest, right? Idiot snuck up and tried to grab the man.

  • thats so awesome even as an mma guy i really cant fault this

    thats really impressive

where can i learn this in the uk ?

  • The thing is, even if you go learn Chen Tai Chi, there's no guarantee you'd learn this. What you're really seeing in the form is this guy's particular specialties and abilities. If you learn good Chen style, you'll learn how to apply many of the same concepts, but the only way to learn what this guy specifically is doing is to learn it from him.

  • i love this style so much

  • So many Chinese retard sifu can only do a good job in the form... I don't see these folks try to move a fly in the MMA... fajin inside a cage against someone who is much bigger and larger than him... Bruce Lee would do him a middle finger if he is alive today...

  • sorry for your ignorance... ren would mop the floor with bruce lee. (not that i don't respect lee, but his martial skills were no where near ren's). and you obviously don't understand applications of fajin compared to form and actual combat. i've seen his students mop the floor with good MMA guys. your understanding of IMA is probably limited to kungfu movies. go spend more time training and less time writting ignorant comments.

  • LOL you are so stupid! I studied with Ren before and that's how I know he is only a freak. You are the ignorance one. I have seen so many things in my culture. What do you know? You're a white guy right? Dumb shit!

  • i love mma

and i think bruce was a great forward thinker

but ren quite evidently has some real skills that i would love to incorporate into my mma game

u cant say that the power and fajing he shows here and thats practiced with this form has no use as it quite evident that he does

i mean its pretty obvious that its of use so why slate him ?

oh yeah and most mma guys would mop the floor with bruce

i think a form like this is an excellent tool

  • Anyone who criticises ren obviously doesnt know what they're talking about oh yeah he's not rigid at all he is so relaxed that when he fa-jing that he's literally snapping out his tension added on with his speed he looks ridgid but he definately isnt. Plus i dare anyone try and preform a haymaker on ren he'll probally laugh.

  • This man represented the Chen village as their heavyweight fighter in push hands. Enough said

  • He needs a better poster. I have a cool Bon Jovi one he can borrow.

  • ...so dusty floor..!?

    But solid vid:)

  • He did start with external kung fu of some sort as a teenager, but when he first switched to tai chi at like age 17 or something, he was doing 10 hour tai chi days. Hes definitly not rigid for lack of flexibility or tai chi experience, as he's very likely the best chen practitioner in the USA. More likely he is altering his form a bit to come across better to beginers. Ren guang-yi would see ANY attack you threw at him coming far in advance.

  • lol gman i think hes seen an 'american' haymaker before.. this dude knows more about ur body than u do.. i dont know much about this style but i do know ne1 puttin this much mental trainin into there movements r gonna move a damn lot more sucessfully than some heavy yank who knows how to put his wieght into 1 type of punch, ull be dead and u wouldnt know it..sigh rednecks lol..

  • good solid taiji, solid and rigid are not the same. this is some of the better chen i have seen. search heaven man earth taiji to see some more great taiji.

  • he seems very rigid. Seems as if he is not an original tai chi practitioner. He had to have started out in some external art as he hold a lot of that. His fajing also seems forced.

  • Fantastic posture, breathing and wicked fa-jing. Chen taiji as it should be!

  • if you would say that why are you even watching this video?

  • And when you're staring face up, towards the sky, all I'll do is laugh.

  • I like that cock-a-doodle-doo thing he does at 1:03. He even imitates a rooster caw.

  • He's Thumper from Bambi!

  • Beautiful... i like hes deep stance

  • Just how sweet is the Quan of Taiji?! The "Refinded Power" (fa-jing) is awesome to behold!

  • i want to stomp me feet in that room too, makes u sound like a dinosaur.

  • you ever been in a room with him when he does it? it makes that sound no matter where you are. why don't you save your ignorant comments for animae videos while the the people who actually understand internal martial arts use them for videos like this.

  • what a useless flaunt of power

  • how is this awesome ?

  • as impressive as this video is, he's even more impressive in person. anyone who has trained with him knows what i'm talking about.

  • EXCELLENT

  • Very nice demo of fajin and very connected. 5*

  • Hugh Jackman does tai chi?..Crikey!

PS..Good to see Chen Xiaowangs influence..

  • The movie the fountain for which Master Ren created this form for will be realing this nov 23 2006, A special NYC screening will be on Nov 20th 2006! Ironically this is also Master Ren's birthday what are the odds of That!!! I'm sure huge jackman will do it justice!!!

  • holy crap! that is awesome power!

  • AWESOME, TOTALLY AWESOME.

  • where did ya all guys get to practice with this man??

  • NYC

  • wow

  • Great! Ren, Guang-Yi is amazing, a true master.

  • Agreed

  • Wow, Ren guangyi is a legend! Excellent Chen Style.

  • Yea man he's the real deal!!

  • man to me i think grand master chen zhen lei and master chen xiao wang are the best of the best. there is no dout about it.

  • Now that's what I call N I C E... The explosive jing is incredible.. the shaking ground and clouds of dust just add to the flavour. thanks.

  • This is also my Shifu.. All I can say is what my gongfu brother said "Humble Salute"..

Over 10 years with Ren and I still feel like a lil' kid on Christmas morning when he comes down to my school in PA..

    Mike

  • If "joetaichi" is who I think it is (I believe your initials are "J.R."), if so, then I must say that you're skill level is also very advanced. I saw you perform in the TaiJi Legacy and addressed you as "Don Jose" when we spoke briefly. I agree with your statement about your Da Shi. So, if this is "J.R", may I say: "Le saludo, Don Jose. Y espero que todo va bien con usted".

  • What's most interesting about this compact form is the very small space that it can be conducted within and the explosive power developed inside the form itself.

  • This is my shih fu and in the 16 yrs i trained under him his skill still to date blows me away!!! As a competitior iv'e seen all in the usa performing chen taiji and without question grand master ren's skill is a skill level that to date is still rare!

I'm very prour of my grand master achivements and honor his ability.

For those wanting to see him in person, check out his site, renguangyi.com

A humble salute to you Ren Dashur..

  • I first saw Master Ren perform in Houston,Tx. in 1998. He was awesome then and now has only gotten better. This man is one of the best Chen style masters in the U.S. His Chin Na & fighting skills are excellent. There is someone in Houston (who's initials are CJC) who claims that he (himself) is the best in the U.S. but I believe Master Ren is far superior. Ren teaches traditional Chen Village style. No tofu here, people.

  • Lol, why don't you just say Cheng Jin Cai, not like anyone can't guess who "CJC in Houston" is...

  • wat the hell i dont get it

  • from Ren Guang Yi

  • where can i get that poster in the background?

  • That was nice!

  • Holy crap!! That man can really relax into his hips! Jeeeeeeez.

  • Ren's power and artistry are amazing.
