  • Inov's that khalipa is wearing are thin soled, great for POSE. the heals are pretty stiff though. I've been a CF'er for the past 4 or 5 years now and its great to see Khalipa's progess both as an athelete and as a professional...he looks so much more comfortable in front of the camera. nice job brotha!

  • Along those same lines...are the INOV trail running shoes actually good to wear while crossfitting/lifting? Just out of curiosity, before I buy a pair that end up not working so well for me..

  • The trail running shoes are good for trail running, I like the f lite 230's, the trail running shoes have to large of knobs on the bottom making lifting challenging
