The lighting was weird (due to the bright lights needed for the high-speed video camera), and human motion is too slow to see over such a small time period, but it ain't no fake.

A reball would prolly be the same, Since a reball is a little more heavy You are supposed to shoot them a a lower FPS usualy like 265.. So the impact is the same, But it would be cool to watch the welt that you would normaly see under the paint form..

this is not a real person getting shot as you can not see an outline an arm on either side even though you can see a blue curtain looking thing, with that visible you would be able to see and outline of the arm, this is a standing figure that is used in boxing gyms or gyms that has a head and chest and everything. you can find one around your town some where

Wrong! It is a real person, and the paint ball left a nice little welt. The arms are not visible because the high-speed camera requires very bright lights, and the lights were shining mostly on the back.

i dont think its the flesh rippling, at second 11-12 you can see that those ripples are going further than the visible flesh. i guess its some kind of air/gas, released by the impact
