  • GOT ONE MINT IN ORIGINAL BOX. HARDLY FIRED. A PIECE OF ART FOR SURE.

  • Really great review.

  • @slickrickjohnson

    Thanks.

  • nice gloves...WTF?

  • I've got a K-22 that I estimated to have been made in 1948. I've got three speed loaders for it too. Cuts the time down on reloading pretty darn good. HKS model K-22.

  • Hello - this review was really good. I think you covered all the points needed. I am a target shooter. I just got a S&W model 63 5" bbl. I paid too much ($650.00) but S&W revolvers WITHOUT that nasty lock right above the cylinder latch are REALLY hard to find now. I would like to purchase the SIG MOSQUITO but I have heard too many bad things about it & I would be taking a chance. THX. JAMES.

  • @buzzclark

Well, I'd say the Mosquito is not extraordinary, but I'm satisfied with it. The important thing is the right choice of ammunition. I've had the best results with CCI ammo so far. With other brands it tends to run less reliably.

  • Just got a Model 17 today. Wow! What a sweet revolver. Great shooter!

  • i dont want one only because this weirdo has one

  • @paulc43

*shrug* Your loss. I don't have any problem with being called "weird". Watch my "3 years on Youtube" video, that's all I have to say about that topic.

  • Vikings with guns huh? Sounds horrifying/awesome.

  • I have one. It was my grandpa's before he passed away. The thing is beautiful and came with a Leupold's scope. I have the wooden grip though.

  • holy shit at about 6:40 i seen you put those blue bulletes in and then you started to pull back on the trigger, i thought for sure you were just gona unload a round into your wall, until i noticed they were fake bulletes, what a disapointment lols

  • Early Mod 17's with the recessed cylinder are Very picky with the type of Ammo used! in over 3000 rounds fired in my 1950's sears .22LR High standard Revolver not a single misfire, I find CCI and Federal to be most Compatible to my mod 17, and you can get really nice Mini Mag 44 grain rounds in the CCI brand! Have a good one!

  • it seems to me that many of your guns "mishaps" cause should be the low temperature outdors :P

  • Some maybe. =)

On the other hand, Glocks are supposed to withstand temperatures of -40 degrees... and it was definitely not THAT cold. =D

  • yeah but what about the after market parts and the bullets?

  • The only aftermarket part in the first video with the Glock was the recoil spring. I already exchanged it with a new stock spring.

The bullets I've tried so far were hollow points and flat nosed full metal jackets. As far as I know there are not many other bullet types commonly available for .40 S&W.

  • Have you ever had missfires with this gun and what ammo you used? Have you tried Stingers? Iove these

  • Yes, I have had the occasional misfire. It's to be expected with most .22 ammunition.

Nope, haven't tried Stingers yet but I've heard much good about them.

  • can't review a revolver dude... i goes bang, has a certain kick ammo cap and that's it, what you can do is talk about it's history.

  • I wish i had my own handgun. Anytime i fire a gun is my friend's. I am envious. I used to be dreadfully afraid of them, but my friends open me up to it. When i get out of my financial slump i'll see what i can get.

  • Yes, there is really no reason to be afraid of firearms. There is reason to be afraid of irresponsible morons with firearms, but not of the inanimate things themselves. You do have to know how to handle them safely however, otherwise you can get yourself into serious trouble.

  • The only guns i have fired are from my friends. 2 of them are former marines. Different eras. My friend Tim retired 83. And my friend Josh (Who i met through Tim) retired 2002. Each one of them let me fire their handguns. Its pretty common to do that in LV since we have lots of desert space. I Only fired a 1911 and a Sig P226. I loved the P226 alot more than 1911. So i will either want a Sig or a FNP-9 (i'M CHEAP!!)

  • The Sigs are said to be high quality and reliable. I would prefer a FNP-9 though, simply because I really like the looks of it (and they are pretty good too).

  • I have the same gun and I LOVE it!!

    Five Stars!!

  • Hey I have the same gun! =)

    Great little plinking gun.
