You do realize how calling someone retarded is offensive, right? The movie is based on a 33 year old woman who is mental, has a disease that causes her to appear the height of a 9 year old girl, and goes around to orphanages, waits for a family to adopt her, and then she would try to seduce the father, and if that doesn't work, kill him and his family. This time it didn't work out that way. But in the story, she was mental, not retarded.
