  • albicyro, Les Images I et II with trois piano staffs (rather than deux) are rather difficult to perform as Debussy, the Master himself, created.

    There are also tonal nuances, special pedaling techniques, articulation... his performance style etc. I came to prefer this, @ the piano, as my forte..

    My three favorite interpreters of Debussy's music are Frankl, Michelangeli & Gieseking. All magnifique. Merci.
