  • I agree ,I bought the 45 and now thave the cd. Cosby was/is big here in Philly! I actually saw a pic on a friends piano of him in his football uniform in high school.They didn't know that was him... and was late for the party!

  • I had this album when it came out and thought it was just a great groove from start to finish.The piss taking side of it never occured to me just that the musicians where so good and together.Even as a devoted Hendrix and Beatles fan I could not take offence as I was always more concerned that the music always came first and theres obviously a great love of it here. .Rock on Bill

  • @mistercarlton Yeah man, there's some good music in there for sure, mixed in with some stuff that's so bad it's good. Interesting album for sure.

  • @mistercarlton The song hooray for the salvation army band was a parody of purple haze by jimi hendrix savoy brown did an instrumental version of that in the middle of the boogie
