I think this is a very good example of how we so quickly judge others when we really don't know the whole story. We can be so quick to tear down the road that another has tread to a place of personal accomplishment or victory for them. I don't think the judges are unprofessional for reconsidering a song once they understand the context of it. Sometimes, when you learn the meaning of a song, it sounds better to you as well. Perhaps they didn't think her voice was strong enough for a talent competition at first. If there is someone more talented than her, then that person will be the one to win and she will be sent home. But I see nothing wrong with giving her a chance to prove herself in the competition, first.
