Where did you purchase most of your holds?

Most of the holds were gifts. they are a mixture. of old entre pris, nicros, metolius. a big variety

how much did that cost for just the ply wood for that

Good ply will cost you about $34/sheet so just figure in $1/sf and that will give you a good idea. this wall is about 400 sf so about $400.
