But...is your purpose to find truth or to win an argument? No matter what you say, in Song of Solomon 5:16, "muhammadim" is not a proper noun, and doesn't name a specific person. Christianity teaches that Jesus was fully man AND fully God, and Jesus the man did everything that we do, and was subject to the same limitations that all men are.

@Katrooosh, the Quran is in error about the doctrine of the Trinity. The Quran states that Nimrod and Abraham were contemporaries (they were not). The Quran states that the sun sets in a spring, and that people live there (S. 18:86).

Psalm 23: "The LORD is my shepard; I shall not want." Read the rest of that psalm...it was bringing comfort and peace to mankind centuries before Mohammed was born. 1Cor. 13 is a beautiful description of love, and 1 John 4:8 specifically states that God is love...

Speaking of which...back up one verse. This is a non-specific reference, as Nazareth was in Galilee. Most of the prophets referred to Messiah being from a backwater, and "Nazarene" was a common idiom for an ignorant person, in 1st century Palestine.

The Messiah was foretold by God since Adam. "God with us," Immanuel, is prophesied over and over again in the OT, and Jesus came to fulfill these prophecies. Not enough space to make this case, but Christianity has made it, over and over again, since the events of the NT unfolded.

What miracle did Mohammed do to confirm his prophetic office? Did he heal, feed or free people? I think not...

The Quran specifically states that Mohammed's purpose was only to be a "warner" (S 13:7). So...if Mohammed did as you claim, that makes him disobedient to the word of Allah, the Quran, doesn't it?
