Most people think it's not, but apparently Weiki wrote it about the legal wranglings and problems preceding the "Pink Bubbles" album. I think specifically its about the record company people at Noise (their previous label) making it so difficult for them to leave and go to EMI.

This is a great song, and very underrated. Its also perhaps interesting to note that it's the only track from the "Pink Bubbles" to have never been played live. Which is terrible. :(

Because Kai leave the band in 1988, and this video was filmed in 1992 at Hammersmith Odeon, with Kiske and the rest of the original members, except Kai.
