i thought dark matter is what was keeping stars from being thrown out of the parent galexys. but this comet galexy seems to have little if no dark matter holding it together at all.

Japanese scientists discovered a large "blob" about 12 billion light years away, meaning we are seeing it as it was only 2 billion years after the universe was born. The blob consists of galaxies and stars being born.
