I have my DMT crystal and harmamine MAOI I am all set for some spiritual times. I did that to a friend once with a pvc pipe, I made a snuff tube and shot a gram of yopo up my friends nose, his nose started running, his eyes blood red and watery, and he started puking all over. It was fucking HILARIOUS. DMT in freebase form smoked....so hardcore....
