Pretty good for your first AMV, the quality's great, the music is good for you, but not really into that kind of music for myself, and resolution needs a bit of improvement. It's actually good, hope to see your next AMV, and I agree with kcnumber5, I find things like subtitles and watermarks a bit unnecessary.
