And who knows who was in which car? No one, that's the way it should be.

Does anyone know if the US Gov't pays back local cities and towns like NYC when the President does this? I was just curious. I love this President, not perfect, and should have done a few things by now like DADT freeze on kicking people out of military, and maybe better control of banks, lower interest rate maximum of 10% on credit cards and no more late fees on payments more than $10...
