Considering the ship had a massive hole in it, and that's what caused it to sink, you'd think that if they brought the Titanic up to the surface, that it would just sink again! I don't think the gaping hole in the side of it has magically patched itself up?

Not knowing that the Titanic broke in half is one thing, but how could they make a serious movie like this and not thinking that the ship would be fuck to shit not only from the impact on the buttom of the sea but also just for laying there for so many years? Not to mention, raising the Titanic would be like graverobbing - extremely disrespectful.

It is truly a shame that they can't possibly do this for real. I know some may see this film as extremely far-fetched, but that is the purpose of Hollywood, to offer you entertainment by showing things that can't happen in real life. In my opinion, this is a moving scene because it represents the dream of all Titanic buffs (including me).
