Also, if this was filmed on a big public holiday and you are at a retreat, most likely a lot of other families would be also celebrating the same holiday and concentrating in the area. And you know what people do on public holidays? They drink a lot of alcohol. Surprisingly, this act coincides with increased a-hole attitude. Be critical.

Why would they be gang stalking you? I am being stalked right now and I have had firecrackers thrown at my windows, my buzzer button on the comunal buzzer has been intentionally scratched and jammed. Mine is the only button that had been jammed. Then a few weeks ago the pipes above the flat where I live were burst and I had a leak that mysteriously stopped within a few days. How on earth does that happen. Oddly enough the leak happened when my neighbours who live upstairs were away on hol.
If you're being followed and harrased by vehicle, go to the local hardware store and purchase some gloves and some roofing nails with large round heads. The large round heads stick in tires and are more likely to pick up than the nails with the small heads. When you notice you are being followed, slip on one glove that you'll use to throw the nails. Pull over to the shoulder of the road while maintaining the same speed and toss the nails! Then relax and watch their tires..lol
@samisyosam You're looking at surveillance. And they are guilty of being in his vicinity on purpose. Of course, it's very difficult to prove that it's on purpose, so the best you can do is get photos and video of them in the act.

The best you can get is circumstantial evidence, such as the TIs here on YouTube who have small devices that can read energy & radiation levels being beamed into their homes.
