That is a downright nasty shorebreak to surf in to. I would never in my life want to do that.

the worst thing about this shorebreak is that it doesnt let you out of the water. the water rises up the beach,you with it,and then it recedes back in the washing machine, you with it,and it can go on and on until you drown. Without a board, it's easy to drown because you also get pulled to the west side of the Bay where the shorebreak is twice as big. I used to surf the bay on smaller days than that, and it was my biggest fear to lose my board and drift in there after the lifeguards have left.
