pylons are from the game Starcraft. it is the main structure the Protoss race must build before building their buildings.
if you watched the original u would see the yugioh clip, which explains where the TRAP card comes from.

it says trap card, not trap ball. Comes from Yugioh(original vid of this song was yugioh vid). Pylons are from Starcraft. They're a small structure that are neccesary to build in order to expand your base, meaning that you hear "you must build pylons" ALOT
