I love the 1920s too, but a lot of what we see today is only on the surface. life was difficult for many people, just like in every decade. not to mention prohibition. and we are all used to the technology of today, much of which they did not have back then. i'd be fine with growing up in the 20s but I don't think I'd want to be transported there now. It would be difficult
