Zune is a great device I have the 80gb and the 120gb. i really want the Zune HD but I'm waiting for the car audio HU with full zune controls I cant do the FM thing. I have them connected to the AUX port it sucks that I cant change the song while you are driving unless you are stuck in traffic or come to a complete stop.

that is the ime dock that they are using thats why it does not have a remote. there is a person on here who has a video of his car integration using a modified home av kit and his does use the remote. just search zune integration

There is nothing new there besides video integration. My Honda with an iPod connected through the AUX port has the same basic functionality. You still have to click the buttons on the player for it to change songs/videos which is very annoying and unsafe. I only use Shuffle Songs now until I get the iPod integration kit which will let me use my steering wheel controls.

I'd like to point out that i'm not some iPod fanboy. I would be more than willing to welcome a new technology that I could readily transfer my music library into, but the Zune is not that savior. The Zune has some nifty features that may make it different than the iPod but far from better. One of the touted features is the capability to transfer songs wirelessly between Zunes.

Also if you think my comments were supposed to be akin to the Mac vs. PC crap you have totally misjudged my post. I am hugely against the Mac. I run Vista on my laptop (yes released version) and will never buy a Mac computer. I just think the iPod has it right.

I can do that if I wanted with my iPod too but yes it would require accessories for the radio. Though good point. I still wouldn't switch because it'd be a pain to convert all my purchased music to MP3. That's the hump that all other brands have to traverse. How to convert those of one format to yours.

That's why people shoulda have boycotted iTunes to start. But the marketing was too much for regular users to resist or know better.
