0:14-0:19 it looks like the pine needles are acting like firework fuses

0:27-0:34 one way to eliminate lawns
0:35-0:41 another examples of a pine needle acting like a firework fuses
0:52-1:00 one way to contain electricity.....
1:02-1:09 what does that sounds like?
1:03-ending an example of electrical consumption on a foreign object; an apple

can a flyback at 40 watts kill you if you touch it breifly/not on pourpus?lol bad english
fatcow2323 2 years ago
I think it can't, I have touched a ~100W flyback and it hurt a bit but nothing too bad.
jmartis2 2 years ago
I'm pretty sure it can't... unless u're not getting shocked hand to hand ur pretty safe! But if i were u i didn't touch it on purpose cuz it will still hurt like shit (believe me, i know :-D)
@fatcow2323 No, 40W : 30kV = 1,3mA. Hardly enough to seriously hurt you.

what is your power source?

Dual flybacks, as stated in the beginning of the video

your current looks pretty high. what is your current? Yellow arcs can kill, blue arcs are your friend.
palehorsepalerider 4 years ago
I know, but yellow arcs are my friend too :) I don't know the current but should be somewhere in 50-100mA range
jmartis2 4 years ago
isnt that dangerous, moreso than a safer 'blue'?
glamterra 2 years ago
Not really.
the color of an arc can depend on many factors, such as:
copper electrodes -> greenish arc
salty electrodes -> more yellow
and so on...

fair enough
@palehorsepalerider who told you that?
Very nice and powerful!
