I'm wondering... Perhaps in the future we will play 3D games (First Person Shooters) with this graphical quality. When this happens, I think we'll not need to bring another new gen.

Does anybody know the best HOW-TO (for dummies) source to learn how to do this? I know and have used PTGUI to stitch images together. But what about the mega-pixel deal? Isn't that a different game? I want to find an easy to follow (super easy) source to learn this art. I do have PTGUI and high quality photography equipment. I don't have, however, in nodal ninja($700!). And don't want or intended to buy one. Please reply! I'd really appreciate it!
