There might be a reason to Burger-Dog's spaztic looking movements. He uses pretty much the exact same animations as Hamm does. If you want a visual explanation, find a video of Hamm vs. Burger-Dog, then look at their movements.
it takes 4 beats for the attack to kick in, if the other player times it right and hits the "Square" button, they can dodge it without the combo reseting
