OK, here's a hypothetical question to ponder: This version of Yes is playing on one side of town, on the other side of town is a band of: Jon Anderson, Trevor Rabin, Rick Wakeman, Bill Bruford and Tony Levin on Bass. Which one to see?
If you don't like it, don't listen anymore. Don't deny me a chance to listen to great musicians. F**k all you Jon Anderson worshipers, I mean really, grow up! It's just a rock band.
Love this song!! I think that they should have just let Chris sing when Jon got sick though, he'd do a much better job than Benoit. Still, I'm just happy that yes is still together even if it must be without Jon.
Great band ive been listening to them for 30 yrs now love these guys.Im so glad they are still around and the 2 new members are doing a hell of a job.Benoit is so damn cute too a big plus.

I am a big fan of Yes, I admire Jon and old Wakeman, but, to tell you the truth, I'm happy to hear in this video that they are still a great band. Benoit and little Wakeman do (both of them) an amazing job. Happy to hear/see this video! :D
I'm not sure I like this, I hated Trevor Horn when Drama came out but later I did learn to understand that it was a reinvented Yes. And I liked it.
Probably in time I'll like this new Yes, but right now I'm pretty sure they should have gone another way. Like getting a female singer, for example. I believe Annie Haslam did a great job on "Turn of the Century". Maybe Amanda Parsons (ex-National Health).
It would no doubt be the old Yest, but as a reinvented Yes it could be awesome!
His voice is a close match to Jon's, which makes this bearable. Nothing will top the classic lineup though, and I mean Bruford, Howe, Wakeman, Squire and Anderson. Close to the Edge and Fragile are modern day classics on par or better than anything Beethoven ever did. Those albums are still FAR ahead of their time and render today's modern music absoultely worthless.
Well the whole history of Yes was always different members and line ups... why is this any different?Yes had Trevor Horn as a lead singer.. who cares .. I think Jon Anderson will be back one day when he is better..
I'm blown away by all the haters. It's all about the music and these amazing musicians gathered together to play it. Do I wish Jon were with them? Yes I do but he's not so I should whine about it and complain? That's too disrespectful to these great players whom I admire and respect a great deal. If buying tickets to their shows helps them to continue playing this wonderful music then I'm there, if they have to quit playing because they can't financially survive then I'm really hating life.

Yes ? Howe, Squire & White - thanks for nothing for continuing to use that name, when without Anderson it can never be Yes or have that extra special presence on stage. I did not go thankfully- getting Benoit,,the Anderson impersonator stinks. Lets hope Jon gets together with Rick and Trevor and calls that Yes.
They must burst the band name on single letters and not be angry to each other, but three letters are only ... I think you exaggerate a little bit ... In this band were a lot of fantastic artists... now there is less than more... That's a pity....
well, would you want them to continue if Jon could not sing? They did, when he got sick. What about the Who? Should they stop because Moon died, or John? Actually, there were 8 members back in the tour of Union. I saw them all, 8 of them. What about Tony . or Bill ? and Trevor. They were all there... Now that was a sight to see! Perhaps just enjoying that the music is still continuing after 40+ years!
hmmm... maybe they should change the group name for example EsYesEsWeCan? What do you think??? Last times is a lot of pseudo reactivations of bands from '70's - ELO without Jeff Lynn. It's rather a cover band than whatever...
Trevor is not really part of Yes, Jon & Rick are, but Trevor? Trevor only did music to get money not like the original Yes (Jon,Steve,Chris,Rick & Bill) that makes music for the soul, please don't say that trevor should get here again
@madrasphall Unlikely dude. Get a grip on reality. Jon ain't coming back, OK? it's not like Jon could heal the sick or raise the dead. People are so pissed. There are better things to be mad about.
@madrasphall I agree. Jon ain't ever coming back, for better or for worse. I think this lineup can doa decent record in the studio, especially if they have Trevor Horn on board producing. Can't go wrong there.

It is not unlikely - have you not heard that Jon, Trevor and Rick are and probably will
not only going to record but also tour. What has happened to Yes is so depressing.
I wish the band could have retired and stopped for good in a way Wakeman
had in mind - a series of big shows worldwide spread over a year. But no, That
has gone for good, I cannot see Jon or Rick playing with the other 3 ever again.
