how would you steralize a cutting from a plant? and would a larger cutting =faster growth? wouldnt you get a mature plant faster from say ,a whole leaf than a couple of cells or smaller sample?and how would you steralize a leaf?same procedure,or different?and what type of media would you use?is there a formulation for a similar plant species that would work well for cannabis?
i dont get ,why do you show a bean when it says cannabis tissue culture?
obviously if your going to propagate a cutting from a cannabis plant the procedure will be much different wont it, fist of all if you dont want to start with a seed then there will be no embryo & second ,i have a feeling that the sterilization process for a cutting of a cannabis plant is going to be much different than the one for the bean isnt it?isnt it a different procedure for beans/seeds than for a leaf or other growth
