go back to the airfore and look for a military truck the is a footlocker or a weapons crate on the back of it and inside theres a fully repaired tesla cannon and some ammo for it!!

it will go up if you increase tht weapons skill(small guns, energy weps, big guns, etc) or get a perk(bloody mess, gun nut, etc)

the tesla cannon is losing its pazaz and bam bang dead like 1 shot 1 kill but there are replacments 13 to be excect i think

Eleven per, because you can two in two different situations, but you can't get both.

If you blow up the Enclave building then there is two Tesla's in the citadel. If you blow up the citadel there is two hidden in the ruins of the citadel. So you can't get all 13. You can only get 11 at a time.

There are a total of 11. The other 2 you are thinking of would be the ones you would get it you blew up the Citadel. But then you wouldn't be able to get the 2 in the intact Citadel. There are 11 that you can get.
