i got mine form from japanese super market. fresh tuna should not have any smell and make sure it's sashimi grade. you can go to the Mituwa at centinela and venice.
OHHHHH, that's interesting. I love sashimi... I wonder how just the outside cooked tastes. I will try this whenever I can find a place to buy save raw fish... I don't trust the grocery store fish... how did you find it raw and safe?

That looks really delicious! Very well done. If there's no Ponzu sauce, dipping it in soy sauce mixed with squeezed lemon juice is also really good.
