Loud is not the word for it! LMAO. I just love your Cockatoo. Some people don't have patients for the screaming. I've heard mine scream as long as 10 minutes without end. I figure she just has something she wants to get off her chest.. Someone should really post a nice long video so people can know what they are getting into before they buy a bird that they really need lots of patience with. Great job for giving your bird a nice home!

I love the comment you made. It is so true, all birds are different types and research is showing maybe some just want to be plucked....I know that is hard to believe but, this is a theory that is being studied.
But, that isn't bad at all, and I love your comment as it is so true. I have 8 cockatoos and some ar perfect and some are not so perfect.
One was bald except for the crest and now he is much better, but not perfect. BRAVO for this video!
Thanks for the lovely comments. Yep, lots of different types of birdys. It's a shame that some people will get rid of or ignore birds that aren't in perfect feather, are they perfect human specimens? Doubtful. Perfection is over rated anyways.
I think bird lovers need to be more vocal about stuff like that. Wow 8 cockatoos!! You must be a saint. LOL I'd love to have more but don't feel I could give them all the love & attention they'd need with that many. It'd be so hard for me.
She's just fine, thanks for asking. She's been like that for almost 16 years. She was picked on by her clutchmates when she was little & she's been like that ever since.
She's getting better as far as letting her feathers grow but she's very happy, lots of love, toys, food types, sun, exercise & everything. She's a very happy little girl. :)
Birds just like people are all different. Some are beautiful model types & others are not. She's happy & healthy & that's whats important to us.
