If you are silly enough to use a Norton product, just make sure you search the account for the sneaky little check-box where they sign you up for automatic renewal without asking you. You'll keep getting bills for years afetr you've realised the product is shit. And don't try getting a refund. Once they have your money they'll hang on to it.

I don't understand, I did a review with this on Windows 7, and some guy said that Norton 360 is shit, because there are allot of Trojans that it cant remove, so it blocks it...WTF? So there is a Trojan on my new PC that Norton cant remove and just block?

Norton 360 hands down is the best antivirus ive ever used.  be4 i had it. my PC would always be getting fixed or wiped out becuz of viruses that made it crash. b4 i had it, i think there were over 1000 viruses in my computer. since i got norton. ive had none. and when a threat was detected it would automatically block it or quarantine it. this is the best product my parents have bought for the computer

If you haven't tried this version, you should. I always stayed away from Norton products due to the fact it was very resource hungry.  This version really is great. It runs fast and light. I'm running Win 7 on four different computers. i tried Bitdefender 2010, G-Data, and Kaspersky 2010 and all had major issues with Win 7. Check out their forums before trying. You'll see many unhappy users. 360 v3 beats them all hands down.

Try Norton Internet Security 2010,its so so light on system recources,it constantly updates and it still doesnt slow you down,i use it as well ! Trust me,i also used the earlier versions and i agree with you guys, it sucked balls,but with 2010 i was very impresed!

anyone know how to access your backup file after you run a backup through Norton 360. i ran a backup onto an external hardrive using 360 and i was pretty sure i was backing up my entire C drive which has over 100GB. however when the norton scan was finished my backup was a little under 20GB? does norton compress your backups somehow? and if it does how do you "uncompress" them> sorry for jumping around a lot

It only backus up the used space on your hard drive, not the unused space. Have you used all of the 100gb or have you only used 20 gb on your harddrive?

it uncopress your files and makes a virtual hard drive on My computer named 'Norton backup drive' there you can acess the backed up files as normal as usual it is like when you mount a cd image.
