Portland more than uses up all of the taxes generated. In general the rural areas of Oregon are highly self sufficient. There are enough leaches in portland to completely offset the amount of money brought in from taxes. Sorry to tell you but there is a growing deficit of more than $19 billion in Oregon.

If she continues this trend she will not graduate and therefore most likely not make as much money as I will.
