The really sad thing about this video is nobody thinks to follow the penguin to see where it's going and if it is really facing certain death. They just make up a story about it, appreciate the allegory, and move on. For all we know that penguin could have found the fountain of eternal life or some other glorious secret, but we're too busy condescendingly mythologizing its 'derangement' to find out.
