She does look absolutely sad. Also, you can often tell if a person is lip syncing by the fact that they are NOT wearing an inner ear piece. Without one, she would NOT sound as good.

Someone made a point to say that she can't be lip syncing because you hear her take breaths between sentences. To that I say, listen to the CD version. She breathes there too!

i think she needs to interact with the audience more... make it look like she is singing for the love of the music, not as an everyday job. she looks bored there and as though anything at that moment could mean more to her than been there performing to her audience. she needs to smile more too. i still like her too.
