watching these guys inspire me to run more. i tryed cross country this year i started with a 29 ..and ended the season with a 21...im training for next season now in hope to make 17min if not beter

awesome just watching them train i remember as a kid i d see kipchoke keino the first keyan to win 1972 olympics train along the road as we went to school just steadily running up a hill alone with himself and on a mission i think every runner is on a private mission he keino is one the best runners kenya ever produced i m not scared i will continue to pursue and perfect my passion how many ple wake every morning and fulfil their passion everyday....not to many i m blessed and i know it!!!!
