  • He sounds a little cajun to me. I agree, a true coq au vin is cooked longer, but this is a quick recipe, and the end result looked quite yummy. I guess that's why he is called the 90-second gourmet! :)

    Your Coq aux Vin tastes marvellous, but when we did it the color looked rather questionable (purple). Why is the one in your video looking so tasty (golden brown)?
