I dont know how anyone could say they dont have chemistry. Infact, I think Steve and Becky have the most chemistry together. Way more than any other pairing I have ever seen. And I have watched soaps all of my life. They lit up my screen in 1999 and have never stopped!
Steve and Becky have Amazing chemistry together. They always have. That is why Liason is my favorite couple of all time. It isnt because of the writting (thats for sure). It isnt even because of the characters (which are my favorites on GH). It is all because of the chemistry between Steve and Becky.
