In my university days with the Shotokan karate club in Manchester, we all saw him as one of the all time legends. He was my sensei's sensei. What a great video thanks for sharing.

Also shows Sensei Sherry and O'Neil cleaning Enoeda Senseis house. Smashing stuff and a great reference for kata students.

I graded for my 7th kyu under sensei enoeda in 1992. He was truly a great man. R I P Enoeda Sensei

Sensei Enoeda was the best. He graded me for my orange belt more than twenty years ago. I have trained with him many times on the KUGB squad and on special courses. His friendly personality and sense of humour were well known. But once he was in his gi he demanded the upmost respect. A truly great man who will be missed by thousands of karate-ka worldwide. Oss

Not Shito ryu. Sorry but Sensei Enoeda was the head of the KUGB Shoto Kan karate.

We are indeed lucky to have clips like this of these great masters.EventhoughI am from SKIF, I have watched this clip over and over again to get inspiration from the Tiger of Shotokan Enoeda Sensei.

maybe japanese karate-ka. i dont follow it much, but there are plenty of very powerful practitioners to be found in okinawa. morio higaonna, yoshimasa matsuda, zenpo shimabukuro, teruo chinen, kiyohide shinjo...many of them
