Yes that's true. Don't worry about U'r look or U'r weight. No body in this world remains pretty & young forever. Even with cosmetic surgery...it helps to look younger but their body still getting old . Be Happy with Your Self. Beauty inside will last forever . @BoohwalMania when I was at university I took the meditation course(a kind of mind improvement course) twice a week I did meditation (sit&walk) one hour. Also went to the temple 2 times(2 days each) and repeatedly did meditation all days. At that time maybe I was still immature and less patience so it's really hard for me. From that time I feel tired of meditation.
@BoohwalMania Now i'm not quite slim cause I already gain 4 Kgs. Anyway, although how much I gain weight I still far away from sexy ^__^ (I will send u my pics maybe tomorrow) I agree that meditation is good. I'll try again. I don't know why it 's difficult for me
It's difficult because U think too much... worry too much. U are too much attached to many things. Let go... keep in mind everything is temporary. Well, I'm too much attached to Dongha voice too ~~~ I never like any other singers as much as I like him..
@BoohwalMania Normally, I never over than 45 Kgs nut now my weight is 49 Kgs. I gain 4 Kgs. All the people I know, my family, my fiends or some one I met always told me that I'm fatter or ask if I gain my weight. And the worst problem is that 4 Kgs that I gain doesn't come to any other part except my legs. Now I feel so nervous and trying hard to be on diet but still nothing better.
Oo ...49 kgs is still skinny ...how tall are you ? I'm 60 kgs ...I'm too fat . But when you getting older ... more difficult to remains ...slim. Don't eat too much dinner or after dinner. U can joint meditaion retreat in the forest temple. Eat only once. It's healthy : balance between mind ( soul) & health. Also help U loose weight. I've tried that...works for me.
@BoohwalMania I'm 162 cms tall. I agree with you that when we're getting old it's easier to gain weight. I've never had this problem before my thirty. I was always too slim and really difficult to gain weight (My average weight was around 33-34 kgs) Now I've to accept that I'm getting old T_T
Anyway, talking about meditation, I always admire someone who can focus on the meditation. Now I can never do meditation more than 10 mins. Maybe I don't have a peaceful mind T_T

Because whenever I have free time, I always sit in front of my laptop seeing BH/DH vids. I have less exercise, less going out and enjoy eating foods.

Thank you for uploading the good vid for us. Recently, I try to avoid talking about Dongha's look and image cause I'm afraid that the other will be mistaken that Dongha's fan prefer his look than his talent. However today after fighting with myself for a while, I can't help saying that Dongha Oppa is so handsome. He is really good looking and fit well in this suit. If I'm not wrong I think he was also wear this suite in M Sound Plex (i think that he's also very handsome in that programme)

Actually he has a Good Personality too. He acts & sings Naturally. Sev months ago... I went to Thailang (Bkk) . When I 'm shopping @ Platinum ... I heard Dongha & Yohzo song . I'm happy not all Thais love Idols. At least somebody appreciate a true musician like Boohwal.
