actually they did. The outside wrapping part of the flowers is what fell off. If you look closely you can see them making it to the stands as fans catch them

@LuisRC91 it actually does, black people have longer legs and have an extra tendon on their leg which enables them to run hell a lot faster. also the shape of their foot matters too, i have a flat foot so its really hard for me to run long distance, or up (like a hill), and i cant sprint as fast as a normal person. so genetics does have a part in this. but hard work over comes talent i would know :]

On average black people have longer legs, and arms, and a shorter torso than white and asian people. which would help in long distance more than short distance so you know! black people are overall better sprinters because they have a more favorable fast twitch to slow twitch muscle ratio. genetics are very important in sprinting.

Blacks are born with narrower pelvic bones on average, which help them run faster, they are also born with a higher amount of fast-twitch muscle fibre, which also helps them fun faster. They also have more testosterone. Race definitely is not the only thing that matters, but it -does- matter.
