While I was doing this, I pretended to absent mindedly scratch my head, thereby allowing the coin to drop into my sleeve. I told them I'd push my sleeves up so I couldn't slip the coin into them - which, of course, I'd already done and it was far enough down that pushing my sleeve up didn't matter.
