I was watching a different video where Keiser said that it was a failure of the market it was more of a banking failure due to the over-involvement of the government. The government kept pushing the banks to make the mortgage loans and the housing bubble grew. If it would have been allowed to burst the problem would have corrected itself. Capitalism didn't fail, banking practices and flawed government scheming failed.
