NCIS is not gonna end anytime soon, right now it is the number one rated show in the North American continent, CBS wouldn't even think of getting rid of such a lucrative show, especially with the spin-off NCIS:LA just airing this year.

CBS wouldn't end the series, it's their number one show, in fact, it is number one in the ratings right now consistently gaining more than 20 million viewers each night. CBS would be stupid and dumb to let such a powerful series go, especially now with NCIS:LA also on the air.

I wouldn't worry about NCIS ending because it has more than enough ratings power to keep it on the air for a long long time. If a high rating series like NCIS is being taken off the air, then no show is safe.
