He didn't beat an EPO test. He tested positive something like 8 times for EPO in the 99' tour. From 00' and on he switched to doing blood transfusions which has been proven via his blood values. Hematocrit isn’t supposed to rise just hours upon a 6 plus hour very strenuous cycling event but for some odd reason (doping) Lance DOPEstrong’s do. He’s never won the tour legitimately.
