I think what he is saying...yes, energy is changing, there is a shift BUT we can't expect that shift to change us. That energy isn't going to carry us anywhere unless we are alligned with it. It is always OUR RESPONSIBILITY to change ourselves. We can benefit from the shift and new energy only when we make changes in ourselves. Human nature wants to avoid the hard work...we want to think we can just jump abroad and let energy do the work. No. It's always change our thoughts and emotions.
@suz1055 To cont: He seemed hestitant to verify energy changes. I think he doesn't want to give anyone the idea that they can relax now and just enjoy the ride. We do attract who we are. The energy is faster. This means we attract faster...good or bad. If you don't change, you'll just attract more problems to work on quicker. This should be incentive to say...play time is over...now I have to get to work to do what I know I need to do. Negative emotions are a luxury we cannot afford.
@suz1055 "Negative emotions" dont really exist... Fear and pain are also adaptive and a signal for us to leave situations and help us as the human beings we are...Its part of the contrast that we are born into... Of course we dont want to stay stuck there (and perhaps this is the context you are speaking of) If we continue to see some emotions as negative it just creates more resistance...
@createfate12 Being born into something implies we are victims...we have no control. But we do...it's all in our control. Dispenza explains it scientifically...how emotions effect our cells, etc. So, I disagree...negative emotions are very real especially when they create illnesses and attract problems. It's not about resisting. Know that they aren't good for you, choose different. Like smoking, they are a habit we can break. I prefer the practical teachings rather than abstract.
