Is cloud sick? well sorta, You see, (and I haven't seen this Anime yet) I THINK the man with the black hair who was carrying Cloud is Zack. This is just showing Zacks history with Sephiroth. So the reason cloud is "Sick" or weak looking is simply because... he's still level 1. lmao.

this is a split story (i know its really confusing)

but its TRYING to telling the two important histories in ff7. one of the incident at nibelheim, the other is zack and cloud escaping from soldier captive/experimentation. so when u see cloud looking poorly, its in the bits where him and zack are fugitives. he has mako poisoning from all the experiments, so zack is helpin him to escape. replay the game it helps :)
