hey man i was wondering if you could take any fat burners with creatine? right now im on whey gold protein and ive been trying out the oxyelite pro thermogenic, ive never been on creatine or anything before and ive managed to get to a decent size with only protein (im 16 175 pounds and i have a body fat percentage of 14.5%) . all i want to do now is to get a little bit bigger and toned. any suggestions?

Creatine is natural and you're most likely unknowingly consume it multiple times a week. You may as well say eating is cheating. @ramundo07 it wont effect your ability to burn fat, but it might make you retain a little water, but saying this u might not even notice the water gain. and water gain can be easily lost in a very short period (like a day). You can take creatine and cut fat yes.

@2112mike problem is with these formulas or blends is they tend to only put a little bit of the good stuff in, I mean if you can feel the tingling then there must be the right dosage in them, but you pay triple the amount, Altho im under the impression u guys in america struggle to get pure simple supplments in their basic forms, am i Right?
@christophela well actually, its worse in the US. i live in Canada, so our supplement industry is a little bit more...censored. we cant get some of the really intense shit thats available in the US but we still receive most of the brands and products from the majors. but you're right, there is rarely pure supplements like that beta alanine package. its all in pre-workout formulas with added sugars,sweeteners and fillers because the average joe wants their supplement to 'taste good'.
