Fucking noobs asking how to get guns on this game. SA rate on the missions. This isn't Call Of Duty. Aim for SA rank for every mission and you won't look like an annoying noob asking how to get a certain gun.

@MrSankho one thing i want to tell u that i never got a silent assassin rating but i still had m4 ,shot gun etc.. etc.. even a golf stick..........

so the fact is that if u pick up any weapon at a mission and u r carrying it at the end when u escape/exit then u will be having the particular respective weapon in ur weaponry

baller SD, I think I was awarded after I got SA in the very first mission (check my anathema walkthrough) .. M4, I think I ran away with it while finishing Motorcade Interception (u may have to play the game once for the rifle and once for rating). I dont remember where I got the other ones, been a long time since I played.

ok I googled and it looks like the sawn-off shotgun is awarded if u finish 2 missions with SA rating.

sawn-off shotgun is when you get silent assassin, and i think ballers SD is the same. M4 is in the vehicle sniping level on the UN soldiers (hard to get w/o killing them) and the gun under the deagle (.22 SD) is in the level at the castle, in that special room with the tracking device in it.

But i have one more question:

In THE MOTORCADE INTERCEPTION mission, it says: SPARE THE UN TROOPS

I heard many times that we can fiberwire them, or just putting anesthetic on his necks...

But, if it says that we cannot hurt them, How we can kill 'em with the wire!?

It is easy to collect the rifles if u just redo that mission in a quick and dirty way, grab the gun and exit. This shouldnt affect ur rating if u already had a high rating during a previous try.

Abt motorcade, I didnt kill any civilians, so I really dont know. Anesthetic should be ok because they dont die. But they might wake up and tell the guards so u have to finish the mission before that.

Because this way (snipers) is too complicated, but if you look there was one guard with a custom rifle too..

I did get it from the ninjas. It was pretty complicated in that, you have to snipe a guy just when he yawns and lifts up his hands in a certain angle. If not, he'll drop the gun inside the room as opposed to throwing it towards u.

After finishing the mission, the rifle automatically entered my collection. Remember that you just need to do this once and finish the mission taking the rifle with u - no matter what rating you get.

this happens to be one of my favorit missions ... also basement killing till jacuzi job .... and anathema of course the epic mission .... lets not forget the awesome invitation to a party mission..

I think this is my most favorite. Shogun Showdown is pretty challenging too coz it involves a lot of stealth, speed and using different weapons.

Aye, full stealth (Around there) and no aggresiveness. You get Silenced Silverballers (.45 ACP ammo) for one SA rating. For two, you get the Sawn-off Shotgun (Shotgun ammo).

Not sure, but I think its the reflection of some light. That white light seems to appear every time I zoom in the rifle in this mission.

dude i think the computer version is way different from the Xbox version, because when i make the exact moves you make same speed and all, i never get threw that door in the very first area the guys on my game got eyes in the back sof there heads or soemthing

Perhaps the timing is different. AI may not work the same way in all the versions. You may have to tweak the strategy a little bit depending on their pattern.

I think thats the M4 sniper rifle. Got it in "motorcade interception". Its not easy to get away with that rifle coz it attracts a lot of attention and reduce ur rating. So best bet is to take the rifle and screw ur rating, then replay the mission for a better rating.

the gun below AK 47 is M4 Assault rifle and you get it on UN soldiers in 'Motorcade Interception' mission. since you are forbiddedn to harm any UN soldiers, you have to wait till the enemies and the UN soldiers kill each other in line of fire

Its been a while since I played, but I remember that after every mission is complete, that mission appears in the list of missions u can play anytime. Apart from this u can save ur favorite points and start from there. Just play with the options, I'm sure its not hard to find.

Got it in Motorcade Interception mission. Its hard to get out of the mission with the rifle coz u'll be shot at and u might lose ur SA rating .. but I managed somehow.

have you guys played st petersburg revisited. there while ur trying to shoot the guy in building, an assassin is waiting for you, you have to kill him. he looks just like you...a clone. so hewas sent to kill u at theend of the hospital level, but u cant kill him then

its really fun kicking his ass in the petersburg level tho

Yes, of course. Can't get to this mission otherwise (unless there is a cheat to do it)! I badly wanted to steal that rat's rifle, but I could never get out without mass murdering. So had to leave it there to get an SA rating.

I was just playing the Kirkov Park. It's one of the best level's because it's SO BIG and open and you can do so much with it. What other levels do you love? If I had a 360 I would get Blood Money because it's probably even better.

also, in the previous mission where you had to escape the hospital, tehre was an agent that looked like 17 at the end trying to shoot you. I haven't gone back to that stage but is it possible to kill that guy? He shoots you, misses and disappears.

I think I know what u r talking about .. That seems to be a bug. I've seen that guy in another mission. He appeared towards the end when I was climbing down the stairs, fired like crazy and ran away. I thought I'm the only one who saw him.

I don't think it's a bug, I have seen him in other walkthroughs. I think it's intended to show you that someone is trying to set you up. I don't think you can kill him either.

Ya i just replayed that mission and ran after him and pumped him with about 4 DE shells and he runs into a room on the bottom if you follow him and enter the room you blow up inside the room and fail the mission, give it a try!

also, why did the rifle not work in the previous level where you had to kill 17? That level sucked I beat it by accident because 17 always catches me sneaking up on him.

OK here is the story as I understand (and I'm going to type it in 2 parts coz its long; so read the next post as well) - The "client" (the one 47 kills at the end of this mission) is the one who is paying 47 for all the missions. He has hired 47 thru the contract agency (and Diana contacts 47).

But at the end, the client wants to kill 47 coz he knows too much. So creates a fake mission, ensures that no guards are around, gives 47 a fake rifle n makes him goto a known place... and makes 17 snipe him. Once 47 realizes the plan, he kills 17. The client now raids 47's place, captures his friend (the priest), knowing that 47 will come thr to rescue the priest. Thats where this mission starts.

makes sense but didn't they capture the priest in the beginning of the game to make 47 come out of retirement? You write that they capture the priest in the end I think they brought him back to the monastery to try to finish 47 and use the priest for bait.

Makes me wonder if the agency was involved in having 47 killed. I don't think they would want their best hitman dead.

Now that I recollect, yes, they capture him before the 1st mission. 47 tries to rescue him, but comes to know that they took the priest to Russia. In the middle, Diana says that the priest is probably dead, so 47 asks her to not search him anymore and double his salary.

I have been spending the night looking at various run throughs, etc, of splinter cell videos. Are you a fan of that series? I am debating which game style I like more. They are both very engrossing.
